Moto G06 Power is here with 7,000mAh battery, Moto G06 tags along

Motorola announced its latest G-series phones – the G06 and G06 Power. The latter features the largest battery fitted on a Moto phone to date with its 7,000mAh cell. Motorola claims users can expect up to 28 hours of video playback on a single charge.

The maker also claims the cell will retain 80% of its battery health after 1,000 charge cycles. Despite the large cell, charging is limited to just 18W speeds. The vanilla G06 gets a 5,200mAh battery with 10W charging.

Google Pixel 10 teardown results in average repairability score

Google announced the Pixel 10 family last month, and now the vanilla Pixel 10 model has been subjected to a teardown on camera by iFixit. The teardown reveals that the battery is removed via pull tabs, and while it’s not the easiest battery to take off, it’s also not the worst in this area.

At the bottom, there’s a modular and easily replaceable charging port, but the mainboard is a bit harder to get to because of the camera assembly. The board of course houses the Tensor G5 SoC.

The display isn’t very easy to remove, being glued very tightly….

Motorola Edge 60 Neo debuts with 5,000 mAh battery, IP69 rating

Motorola has expanded its Edge 60 family with the launch of the Edge 60 Neo. The handset succeeds the Edge 50 Neo with a new processor and a larger battery.

The Motorola Edge 60 Neo is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC, coupled with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB storage. It runs Android 15 out of the box.

On the front, you get a 6.36-inch OLED LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, Full HD+ resolution, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 7i and is HDR10+ compliant.
